You’ll reconnect with yourself, and then be able to reconnect with your loved ones.

What to expect:

We will both arrive (on zoom) at your designated time.

We will settle into the present moment and get to know one another a little. 

Then we will identify your intentions for our call.

I’ll spend some time listening to your story, guiding gently toward healing.

Near the end, we’ll make a healing plan for you to keep your healing momentum.

Who am I?

FAQ’s 

How long is our session? It takes about one hour to go through your story and make a plan. The calendar link will book 60 minutes but please make sure you keep a little buffer time after just in case you need a minute to take a walk, integrate, or regulate after our call.

Are you qualified to do this? YES! I have attended many trainings in birth story healing (my favorite being from one of my favorite birth trauma experts, Krysta Dancy) and helped many heal their birth and come up with a healing plan. 

How is this different from therapy? Therapy is usually a longer-term relationship with a licensed mental health provider. If that’s what you want, I help you find a few therapists in your area that are qualified for trauma ?
