As a former elementary school teacher, I have always been obsessed with planners. After a traumatic emergency cesarean with my son, I was terribly depressed and anxious, suffering from symptoms of PTSD without realizing it. Over time, I decided to make a change. I got back into the world of planners. I decided to run from my feelings by booking our days FULL of things to do together. I know, I know, it’s kinda funny now that I’m supporting people in feeling all their feelings all the way through in order to heal themselves. I learned the hard way, so you don’t have to.

Living more intentionally helped me in bonding with my son and taking better care of myself. Since then, I have jumped around from planner to planner, each year saying, I need to just make my own. So finally I did it.
