Hi, I’m Alexis and I help people intentionally design their lives to find harmony and joy in motherhood.
I’ve spent the past 7 years learning about productivity and healing so I could find joy again after a traumatic birth. I have come to learn that it all comes down to ONE CRUCIAL THING. Intentionality. So I created this amazing resource to support YOU in living an intentional life so that you can heal intentionally in order to break patterns, and model living life your way for your kid(s).

What brought me here…
I have spent YEARS learning how to heal myself and design a life I LOVE. After my son’s birth, I read self-development book after self-development book. I learned a lot on a surface level. I worked on physical healing and learned to cope with symptoms of PTSD for three years until my husband and I decided we were not having any more children. About a month later, we unexpectedly became pregnant with my daughter. I was absolutely TERRIFIED. I literally said, “I can’t do this,” to my husband when we found out. I cried for months until I realized that I had the power to heal. I did many things to prepare and heal just enough to have a beautiful VBAC. After her birth, I found a group of women who were on a spiritual healing journey, and then, it all started coming together, everything I had learned and was learning. I started integrating my experiences and embodying the ways I wanted to live. I spent the next two years ACTUALLY healing on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic field. From there, things expanded as I realized who I really wanted to serve. Those who, in transition, didn’t know how to get to where they wanted to be. That’s what this course does. It outlines how to get from where you are to where you want to be. With my learnings from my own journey, courses in Neurolinguistic Programming, and Energy Healing, I have put it all together to support YOU in your journey.
