I’m Alexis and I’m shifting the narrative on healing. My goal is to inspire healing for a happier motherhood because when we heal motherhood, we heal the world.

I am a regular gal who has had to learn about how trauma works and how to heal so that I could feel better. As a healing mentor, I share things in a way that you EASILY can understand and apply to your own healing.
