Welcome to Heal to Hold

In this six-week program, I will teach you to heal yourself in a way that allows you to hold others without sacrificing yourself. 

  • Saturday, August 27th: 9 AM-1PM CST – Learn the basics of energy healing and how to manage your own energy. You will also learn techniques to align to the earth’s energy to use light energy to heal yourself and your family members. 
  • Sunday, September 11th: 9-11 AM CST – In this session, you will evaluate all aspects of your life and learn how to do this regularly to live the life you want. This will help you design the life you want.
  • Saturday, September 17th: 9-11 AM CST – In this session, you will learn tools to help integrate and truly live the things you decided on in our last session
  • Monday, September 26th: 7-8 PM CST – In this session, we will discuss any questions and you will make a plan to continue holding yourself and learn how you can hold others.

Hey, there! 👋  I’m Alexis! 7 years ago, I had a traumatic emergency cesarean with my son Auggie. I walked around with flashbacks and extreme intrusive thoughts for months. What is the time commitment?

This program teaches you to fit a healing practice into your daily life in a way that feels easy and even *gasp* fun. There isn’t a specific time requirement although there are 4 two-hour calls and 1 one-hour call.

I’ve tried therapy, what makes this different?

Therapy is often talk and problem-focused or with someone specialized in a modality that requires a licensed mental health practitioner. Heal to Hold is focused on your energy body and your subconscious with an emphasis on solutions and how you can heal (and hold) yourself. 

I can’t invest in myself I’m already doing other things (massages, therapy, exercise classes, nutrition program).
